As Head of Sales in China, Joe is among the pioneers in the industry and has an in-depth understanding of the global property market. Over the past 12 years, Joe has provided quality services for high-net-worth clients in China and helped many of them build overseas property investment portfolios.

Grant has over 18 years experience in supporting clients to build and maximise their investment portfolios. He joined IP Global in 2006 and since then has advised on over USD250 million worth of global property investment transactions.

Having joined IP Global in 2013, Jeremy has built IP Global’s Abu Dhabi office and now advises our partners and clients across the globe. Jeremy has a deep knowledge of international property markets and the technicalities of building portfolios in real estate. His expertise encompasses property consulting, client risk analysis and market research. He now is a regular speaker at IP Global virtual events where his valuable insights have drawn in clients from across the world.

Ben has over 18 years’ experience in the property and investment sectors assisting clients from across the globe build their investment portfolios. Having worked in UK, Asia and UAE, he is a highly knowledgeable professional with extensive property investment experience. Ben is consultative in his approach, focused on building strong, long term relationships through gaining a thorough understanding of client needs and long term goals and matching these with the right investment opportunity.

David has over 10 years working in the global property market, advising clients on investment opportunities that will maximise returns. Joining IP Global in 2013, he has supported investors to execute approx. USD150 million in property transactions.
