Jonathan Gordon

Jonathan Gordon has over 20 years of experience in property investment in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific markets. Within IP Global, Jonathan has established himself as a key part of the regional distribution strategy and was instrumental in opening up markets where IP Global now has permanent operations. A regular speaker at property investment conferences around the region, Jonathan has also been involved in the sourcing of projects for IP Global and the development of private equity products as the business has expanded across the globe.

Eoin Carroll

Co-Head of Investment | IP Global

Eoin is IP Global’s Investment Manager for the German market. He holds a Masters’ Degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen (NL), and has also studied Real Estate Economics and Finance with the London School of Economics. Following his time spent with the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group in Dublin, Eoin has been working with the IP Global group in Hong Kong since 2017. Since appointment Eoin has sourced and brought to market five investment grade properties with a GDV of over USD60 million.
