Shelly recently joined the IP Global team in South Africa and is based in Cape Town. She is passionate about property with 6 years’ experience in the industry and a thorough understanding of offshore markets. Shelly specialises in advising clients; handholding them through the journey of investment markets, mortgage options, and management of the properties.

Prior to setting up Visionary Finance, Hiten worked for a top 4 accountancy firm.  A solutions driven and an entrepreneurial self-starter with proven abilities in the financial services and housing market means he has built a credible reputation within synergistic sectors. Having developed effective strategies to execute long term objectives, his financial services business works with over 60 different lenders, servicing clients worldwide and facilitating over £500m worth of lending since 2015.

Lara started her career in the financial sector joining Old Mutual Personal Financial Advice in 2009. She sold her practice in 2014 and moved into the treasury outsourcing space in 2016, joining Currencies Direct External Profit Company. With extensive knowledge in exchange control legislation which governs the flow of funds in and out of South Africa, Lara is able to advise on treasury and South African Reserve Bank updates pertinent to the manoeuvrement of funds globally and specifically focussed on assisting South African’s looking at diversification of portfolio assets in both fixed and wrapped products.
