After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Real Estate Management, William Page has worked as an expert in the field for almost 20 years. Based in Dubai, William has worked for major industry players and now is a Director of Wealth Management at IP Global advising clients on residential property investment. William covers the GCC and has a wealth of knowledge on low-risk European markets.

Eoin Carroll

Co-Head of Investment | IP Global

Eoin holds a Masters’ Degree in International Economics and Business and has studied Real Estate Economics and Finance with the London School of Economics. Upon graduation he joined the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group later progressing onto IP Global in 2017. Through his years spent as an Investment Manager, Eoin has brought to market circa EUR83 million worth of real estate investment opportunities.

Jonathan Gordon

Director, Wealth Management | IP Global

Jonathan Gordon has over 20 years of experience in property investment in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific markets. Within IP Global, Jonathan has established himself as a key part of the regional distribution strategy and was instrumental in opening up markets where IP Global now has permanent operations. A regular speaker at property investment conferences around the region, Jonathan has also been involved in the sourcing of projects for IP Global and the development of private equity products as the business has expanded across the globe.
