After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Real Estate Management, William Page has worked as an expert in the field for almost 20 years. Based in Dubai, William has worked for major industry players and now is a Director of Wealth Management at IP Global advising clients on residential property investment. William covers the GCC and has a wealth of knowledge on low-risk European markets.

Anne joined Viva Africa Consulting in 2010 and has over the past decade been involved in many engagements that entail assisting clients in setting up in Kenya as well as pre-arranging their fiscal affairs to suit their investments and business structures. As part of her work, she is involved in the end-to-end guidance of clients from the business concept stage to the final implementation of the business strategy. This includes the actual formalization of the requisite documentation with various regulators and government departments. Anne has carved a niche for herself in the real estate sector where she offers support to a diverse portfolio of investors.

Jeff is a tax director in the private client team, specialising in tax investigation work and private client advisory. Jeff also provides tax advice in criminal investigations and works with in house and external criminal lawyers. He works with banks and lawyer *rms in a number of jurisdictions helping clients with HM Revenue & Customs [HMRC] investigations, including both Code of Practice 9 and Code of Practice 8 investigations and where necessary helping clients make disclosures to HMRC. He has previously been named in Spears 500, as within the top ten tax accountants.
