This is an exciting opportunity for an engaging individual to join a dynamic and established real estate investment company. IP Global Wealth Management Consultants are ambassadors for the Company, responsible for sharing our unique business model with prospective clients, conduct direct sales as well as working with distributors.
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates who have in depth experience in marketing overseas real estate investment opportunities to our investors. High performing candidates benefit from market leading incentive payments, excellent progression and mobility opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities
• Drive revenue by developing new direct clients and alternative sales channels
• Use various lead generation tools to create client database and build up sales pipeline
• Represent the Company to speak at marketing and media events
• Ensure a smooth sales process and provide professional after-sales services to maintain long-term client relationship
• Work with the team and other support departments to achieve performance objectives
• 4 to 8 years of international property sales or financial services experience
• Resourceful sales starter, have a strong network of clients and track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and engaging presentation and customer service skills
• Good commercial acumen, strong organisation and analytical skills
• Fluent written and spoken English (Cantonese or Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Strong work ethics and able to work with integrity
• Team player, confident, proactive and eager to achieve
