Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic and established real estate investment company. Our team members in the Wealth Management are the ambassadors for the Company, responsible for sharing our unique business model with prospective clients, conduct direct sales as well as working with distributors.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidate to join the Wealth Management Team as Senior Co-Ordinator to support the business of the Company and any Associated Company and work closely with the Wealth Management Team, country managers and the managing director in all operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Wealth Management Team to ensure they meet monthly and annual sales revenue targets as well as operational and administrative KPIs
  • Speaking with existing clients over the telephone to arrange meetings and follow up on legal documentation
  • Seeking out and attending networking events with the Wealth Management Team to promote the company’s services
  • Speaking with existing and prospective clients to arrange meetings with the Teams
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of upcoming product launches as well as existing investment opportunities
  • Reading industry news to become conversant with real estate, investment and property related products as well as currency and global economic factors which impact clients’ investment choices
  • Keeping abreast of where clients are in the sales process on behalf of the Team, to ensure a smooth sales process through to final execution
  • Putting together presentations and other sales materials
  • Updating the database and business management suite with all sales activity and using it to track leads and prospects
  • Meeting monthly KPIs related to operational / administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of international property sales or financial services experience
  • Excellent communication and engaging presentation and customer service skills
  • Good commercial acumen, strong organisation and analytical skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English , Chinese ( Mandarin is a must)
  • Strong work ethics and able to work with integrity
  • Team player, confident, proactive and eager to achieve
