Stacey Cara Rohwer is IP Global’s expert on the Portuguese and UK markets. She is the investment manager responsible for all acquisitions and investments in Portugal and the UK from initial sourcing, due diligence and negotiations to final acquisition. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Property Studies degree from the University of Cape Town and has, to-date, successfully launched over USD220 million in UK real estate and USD19 million in Portuguese real estate on behalf of IP Global.

Rakesh Majithia is a partner at ARISH Capital where he co-heads the Real Estate Investment & Funds Division. Rakesh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Before moving to the hedge fund industry as a partner in 2010, Rakesh worked at a prominent investment bank, where he spent 10 years handling a variety of investment banking & real estate financing transactions.

Rosalia Torres is a partner at ARISH Capital where she heads up the Sales and International Markets Division. She has 12 years of banking experience in Spain and the UAE, covering the real estate market among other key industries. Her prior roles include area manager for South Catalunya in Spain and Director for the Retail Direct Division at a major local bank in the UAE. Rosalia’s specialisation is in overseas real estate advisory and immigration through property investment. She is also the founder of Alespanya Properties and Global Minds, a company offering solutions to global wealth creation and second citizenship through cross border real estate investment.
