Manchester is one of the most attractive cities for Hong Kong immigrants. The webinar aims to understand the potential of this North West England metropolis.

With 2,852,650 people, Manchester is one of the most economically diverse regions in the UK and one of the main drivers of the northern economy, making property investment in the region particularly attractive.

Thanks to the success of projects such as the Northern Powerhouse, Manchester's GVA has grown by 67% since 2000 to a total of £42.2bn by 2021 and is expected to generate £56bn a year by 2035. Meanwhile, GVA per capita has increased by 34% since 2000 and is expected to increase by a further 24% to reach £49,278 by 2035, providing a favourable basis for property investment.
