Raj is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Amro Real Estate Partners, a real estate investment firm specialising in the student housing and multifamily residential sectors with a track record of £350M GDV of schemes completed and under development in the UK and in Iberia. He graduated with a 1st class degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Cambridge University.
Equity Partner, Maven Capital Partners
Andrew is an equity Partner at Maven Capital where he has helped run their real estate division for the past 7 years. Andrew has 25 years’ investment experience built up at organisations including Credit Suisse Asset Management, Jupiter Asset Management & New Star Asset Management (Henderson Investors), of which 15 years has been spent in direct real estate investment and development. At Maven, Andrew leads a team that to date is responsible for the development of 13 direct let purpose built student accommodation properties in the UK comprising a total of 2,035 beds and an aggregate market value of approximately £250 million.
Head of Investment Strategy, The Mansion Group
Daniel heads up Investment Strategy at The Mansion Group. The Mansion Group currently has over 2,200 beds under management but has originated and operated over 10,000 beds since its incorporation in 2007. Since joining in 2011, Daniel has worked on open ended funds, private trusts and separate accounts covering deal origination, structuring, portfolio management and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining The Mansion Group, Daniel worked at Moody’s within the analytical arm of the business where he was responsible for the EMEA team working with investment banks, hedge funds and collateral managers in the asset backed securities sector delivering quantitative investment analysis and portfolio management services.
Director, Head of Investor Relations and Business Development
Matt Denness is the Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at IP Investment Management and is based in the Hong Kong office, where he has lived for 20 years. Previously with Hansard Global, Peak Capital and having run his own distribution company, he has over 25 years of business development, sales management and capital raising experience. He currently oversees all aspects of new business development, fundraising and sales management in both the Hong Kong and Singapore offices.
