• Issue invoices in Xero Accounting Software
• Maintain accurate account records and report on weekly collections
• Follow up closely with the lawyers and developers on refund of deposits and ensure that commission income is paid in a timely manner
• Review and process payments with sufficient supporting and proper approval
• Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable journal entries
• Bank reconciliation
• Support VAT submissions
• Cooperate with different departments to resolve issues
• Ad hoc tasks assigned
