Each client’s interaction with IP Global begins with a one-on-one consultation. This helps our clients create an individual property-investment plan and identify the right properties to fit it.

As part of this consultation, we review the client’s investment objectives and where real estate fits into their wealth-management plan. We then help them identify and build an appropriate property portfolio. 

There is no charge for these consulting services. IP Global receives its remuneration through investing alongside its clients in property projects, and by buying in bulk on real-estate deals. That ensures the interests of our clients mesh with those of the company.
