  • Garry Hope | Chief Operating Officer

    Garry has extensive knowledge and experience in risk and investment management having spent over 10 years in derivatives trading, initially as an options trader on the LIFFE floor. Garry then relocated to Switzerland where he worked for a proprietary trading company affording him an in-depth understanding of investment products.
    
    Garry became interested in property during his time as an investment trader where he accumulated a small personal property portfolio spanning the UK, Malaysia and Thailand. In conjunction with experience from an earlier role as a construction project manager delivering high-end product for multinational corporations, Garry is well placed to understand the needs of the professional property investor.
    
    Through his own dealings with IP Global, Garry decided to join the IP Global team originally to help clients with the post-sales process, and is now the Chief Operating Officer.  With his background of investment management, Garry brings a pragmatic approach to property investment.
    

    

  • Shea Wong | Strategic Planning Director

    Shea has over 18 years experience in sales, marketing and business management. With a background in management consulting, luxury retailing and publishing, she has successfully set up operations and developed business strategies for global and regional companies in Asia. Shea specialises in penetrating new and emerging markets through strategic planning, effective channel management and leveraging alliances. Shea has successfully led the business transformation of privately held companies into corporately managed organisations.

    Shea possesses intuitive business acumen and a global mindset which make her an effective and motivational leader. Armed with strong project management and negotiation skills, she is adept in handling multiple projects and able to serve in the best interests of clients and investors.

    

  • Paul Cure | Senior Manager (Client Services)

    Paul joined IP Global in 2007, having moved from London.

    His career in London serviced NatWest & Royal Bank of Scotland Groups for 20 years, with his last 6 years spent at Coutts & Co. Paul has brought a wealth of experience in servicing high profile clients as well as setting up and managing the Coutts’ Regulated Secured Lending Team. He also managed portfolios of clients, being their initial contact point for matters of credit, mortgages, investments and security.

    Over the last 3 years at IP Global, Paul has managed and developed the Client Services team which provides after sales support for clients in over 50 global projects. He has also played an integral part in setting up a mortgage function through IP Global’s sister company, Complete Limited. With a focus on quality of service and strong account management for IP Global’s client base, Paul brings expertise that will support the business growth over the coming years.

  • Jonathan Gordon | Distribution Director (Hong Kong)

    Jonathan moved to Hong Kong for the first time in 1997, when he managed an IT recruitment consultancy which expanded quickly under his tenure. The business was sold in 2000 and Jonathan moved to Switzerland for a 2 year period before moving back to Asia in 2004. At this point he began to work in real estate full time, having been a keen property investor himself for a number of years prior to this. Working for Grosvenor in Hong Kong and specializing in London real estate, Jonathan was responsible for establishing third party distribution around the region from essentially a standing start.

    From Grosvenor Jonathan moved to IP Global to work with long term friend Tim Murphy in 2008. Having initially focused on UK property, Jonathan became involved in other markets across South East Asian and the Middle East. Within the business Jonathan quickly established himself as a key part of the regional distribution strategy and was instrumental in opening up markets where IP Global now has permanent operations.  

     A regular speaker at conferences around the region, Jonathan has also been involved in the sourcing of product for IP and development of private equity products as the business expands its operations in this area. Jonathan is now a permanent resident of Hong Kong and is married with 2 children.

    

  • Grant Reynolds | Managing Director (Singapore)

    Grant built his career in the UK as an Independent Financial Adviser, working firstly for Prudential – where he met Tim Murphy, IP’s CEO –  and then working for Premier Financial Planning before making the move to Hong Kong to work as IP Global’s Hong Kong Sales Director. 
    
    Between 1995 and 2001 Grant was a member of the Premier Club, for the top 50 consultants in the country.  Grant has gained extensive knowledge on the global property markets throughout his career both as an IFA and with IP Global. In January 2010 Grant relocated to Singapore to build IP Global’s presence in the Singapore market where he is now currently based.

  • Robert Pearce | Sales Director (Dubai)

    Robert joined IP Global in 2007 as a Sales Consultant in the Hong Kong office and quickly developed a reputation as an expert among his peers in property investment. His expertise lies in residential and commercial property investment advice for both multi national companies and private individual clients.
    
    Prior to joining IP Global, Robert established the European based property consultancy firm, PPC Commercial, which involved managing both corporate and private client real estate portfolios. 
    

    

  • David Crane | Managing Director, IP Homes

    David’s career began working in his family business, a property development company in the UK, affording him with a comprehensive understanding of property investment. He then spent much of his career in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore before re-locating to Hong Kong where he has lived for the past 12 years.

    Working for a boutique real estate agency in Hong Kong, David gained a wealth of knowledge in the Hong Kong property market and in particular, the prestigious residential suburb of Clear Water Bay.

    In 2009 David launched IP Homes with Tim Murphy, CEO of IP Global to exploit a gap in the market for investment property in Hong Kong and Clear Water Bay.
    David is extremely passionate about property investment and presently owns a highly successful property portfolio spanning eight countries and is currently building his own property in Clear Water Bay.

    Due to his extensive and long standing experience in CWB, David provides investors with hands on experience and established relationships with government, estate agents and developers within Hong Kong.
